How Coverage Works:
Our Commitment
HELCOM provides limited, clearly defined coverage for digital asset losses resulting from verified security breaches or theft events.
Our goal is to offer transparent, capped protection so you understand exactly what is covered, how claims work, and what to expect.
Choose Your Plan
Select a monthly coverage tier based on the value of assets you want eligible for coverage.
Silver Tier
- Up to $500 covered
- $5 per month or $54 annually
Gold Tier
- Up to $1,000 covered
- $10 per month or $108 annually
Platinum Tier
- Up to $2,500 covered
- $25 per month or $270 annually
Diamond Tier
- Coverage for $5,000 and above
- Pricing is percentage based, typically 0.05 to 1 percent of covered assets per year
- Starts at $50 per month or $540 annually

Connect Your Wallet
At signup, you provide the wallet address to be enrolled.
Payment can be made in crypto or by card.
No identity verification is required to enroll.
Waiting Period and Activation
Billing begins immediately upon enrollment.
Coverage becomes active after the waiting period has passed.
Claims are not eligible during the waiting period.
Waiting period by tier
Silver and Gold: 30 days
Platinum: 21 days
Diamond: determined during onboarding
Covered Status
Once active, your wallet is eligible to submit claims for covered loss events, subject to verification, limits, and exclusions described below.
Filing a Claim
If a covered loss occurs:
Submit a claim through HELCOM’s secure portal
Cryptographically sign the claim from the covered wallet address
Complete identity verification if requested
Provide transaction data and supporting evidence
Claims are reviewed manually.
Approval and payout timing depend on the complexity of the investigation.
Payouts
Approved claims are paid up to your plan’s coverage limit.
Payouts are made in the same asset or USD equivalent, at HELCOM’s discretion.
Payouts are initiated within several business days after claim approval.
Timing may vary based on network conditions and investigation requirements.
What is Covered
Verified third party security breaches or exploits
Confirmed unauthorized access events not involving voluntary user actions
What Is Not Covered
Voluntary transfers or phishing scams
Loss of seed phrases or credentials
Market movements or price changes
Errors in self custody such as sending to incorrect addresses
Assets held in unregistered wallets Loss events occurring during the waiting period
Limits and Discretion
Each plan is subject to per incident and per period limits.
HELCOM reserves the right to deny or limit coverage for high risk assets, wallets, or loss patterns.
Coverage is not guaranteed and is subject to successful verification and available program capacity.
Transparency
Coverage funds are managed through HELCOM’s treasury structure.`
Claim reviews may include third party analysis when necessary.
